Benefits of skipping For Women

The women are not a few who like to exercise either light exercise or strenuous exercise. One sport that may often be done is a jump rope. As a child there may be someone playing jump rope with friends peer by using rubber hair. There is also a solo rope jump that uses a special strap or skipping. But how is the aspect of assessment from health perspective? Here’s the review.

Sports jumping rope or skipping is a type of sport that uses a special rope tool. How to play it by playing with the wrist as its axis. Women are also among those who like to jump rope, but there are some people who then worry about jumping rope for women. Many women who love to play jump rope since childhood either using a skipping rope or rubber strap that is played along with other friends. Jump rope games do look fun especially what can be done with other friends. But then there are some assumptions that this jump rope sport was less suitable for women because it can lower the uterus. Is that right? This is not true because actually this sport a lot of benefits. But this sport is also not recommended for those who just gave birth.

Overcoming osteoporosis

The problem of osteoporosis is becoming a problem feared by elderly women. Porous bones can cause the body to become frail and not strong anymore. Osteoporosis can also interfere with daily activities so it looks not prime anymore. Sports skipping or jumping rope into one sport that can maintain bone density, because the jump rope movement involves almost all members of the body. In addition to exercising eating foods that contain calcium also needs to be done.

Burn fat optimally

Sports skipping though does not need a large place however, can burn fat optimally. Repetitive jumping movements can burn fat and calories in the body. So this is highly recommended as a sport to lose weight or reduce fat in their body.

More effective exercise

Skipping can help increase heart rate and burn more calories than regular jumps. So jumping on a rope will be more effective than jumping without using a rope.Then what about the assumption that the uterus can go down because too often do sports skipping? A utterly downed uterus is not caused by a jumping motion as performed in a jump rope sport. The decrease of the uterus usually occurs due to abnormalities in the support tissue in the uterus. This is more due to tumor, virus or postpartum condition.
