Arsenal’s Greatest Club Throughout History in the FA Cup

Arsenal win the 2016/2017 FA Cup trophy. London Cannon secured the 13th title in the FA Cup thanks to a 2-1 victory over 10 Chelsea players at Wembley Stadium, London, Saturday (5/27/2017).

Arsenal’s decisive winning goal in the game was scored by Aaron Ramsey in the 79th minute. These goals make Arsenal end the game with a score of 2-1. Arsenal legend Martin Keown praised the performances of Per Mertesacker’s team captain in the FA Cup final. The newly recovered Mertesacker from injury is seen as playing a major role in helping champions Arsenal.

The success of Arsenal won the FA Cup title seemed to be the antidote to fans’ disappointment over the achievements of the club in recent seasons. In the 2017-18 season, Arsenal certainly will not appear in the Champions League after only ranked fifth in the Premier League final standings 2016-17.

The FA Cup title in the 2016-17 season made Arsenal the most successful club in the event. During appearances in the FA Cup, the Gunners have collected 13 titles.
